Monks.Flow is a suite of tools created by Monks to streamline company engagement with AI technologies with the outcome of enhancing service quality and efficiency for client deliverables. As design lead of the Formula.Monks team, I helped scaled the proof-of-concept to a multi-squad program, leading the creation of several integrated tools with a unified design language.

While at TheoremOne, I spent two years working with First American Title Insurance on ClarityFirst – an online portal managing multi-million dollar title insurance transactions. I worked not only to craft a seamless user experience for it’s end users, but also streamline work for teams developing the platform with a unified and improved design system.

Osage Nation
In 2020, TheoremOne was tasked by the Osage Nation to develop a new government web portal to digitize their service request process, previously handled entirely on paper. As the product designer, I collaborated with an agile team to create a platform facilitating digital form submission, tracking, and a culturally celebratory design system for website growth.
